Yes I Can!

So it's looking a little daunting over at The Hot Blogger Calendar. The leaders in the "gals" category are in the hundreds. BUT, I have over 30 votes and THAT is SO very cool!

Thanks a million to everyone who has voted for me so far. As I began to see those big bloggers pulling out of the lead like that, I almost wanted to give up. But then I decided to put my all into this.

"Yes, I Can!" is my new motto (I totally made that up...you know that, right? *grin*)

But I can't do it without you all. I desperately need your help. If I have any shot at this at all, it has to come from you, my very awesome friends (and I'm not saying that to suck up, heh)

I got in touch with my very hot celebrity pal Bruce Littlefield and I'm happy to say I have his official endorsement and help in getting votes (thank you, Bruce!).

He's having a HUGE garage sale at his country home and it's open to the public, by the way. Check it out here. (It's not often that a garage sale guru hosts a garage sale himself, so you don't want to miss it!)

I've emailed all of my friends, so many of whom responded without question. Then there's my blog friends who read here who've already voted for me, too. I love you guys!

Now my plea is to those who haven't voted, and even to those that have.

I'm hosting a contest for a $10 Starbucks card and an autographed copy of the calendar should I win to sweeten the pot a little. If you've already voted for me, head on over and leave a comment there so I can enter you. And if you spread the word, post about it, etc., you get bonus entries (see the post for details).

I REALLY need word-of-mouth PR for me to have a chance at this, so again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you SO much for any help you can give me in that regard.
